One For The Road Brewing is a start up Non Alcoholic Craft Brewing Company has grown in the CPG world and looking for a Sales Manager to help manage broker relationships along with help grow into further Geographic regions within Canada and beyond. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Brokerages in the CPG sales world.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Brokerages to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Develop and facilitate the execution of strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Brand Development and Marketing Strategy
• Knowledge in CPG growth strategy
• Experience in CPG sales
• Beer Drinker and the ability to have enough perspective to keep work something that you can be productive with while having fun
