We a looking for a dynamic Residence Operations Facilitator to join our team!We are seeking a highly motivated team player to play a critical part in the success of our Residence Students. The Residence Operations Facilitator works closely with students with a focus on belongingness and a positive student experience. You must possess exceptional customer service skills, this position is the first contact for our students, conference groups and the

public.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Residence Offices

• Processing and tracking maintenance requests

• Controlling key inventory

• Administering all applications/room assignments/changes

• Coordinates the annual move in and move out days

• Financial and residence statistics

• Coordinate all alumni house bookings

• Works closely with the Residence Life Facilitators to ensure an amazing student experience

Job Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in a related field

• Five years’ correlating experience

• Experience in Peoplesoft, Star Rez, and Portal X

• Exceptional customer service

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Accounting skills

• Understanding of rental regulations and markets

Additional Information

This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing August 21, 2023. The current salary range is $46,657 - $58,798 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
