Assistant Manager Jobs

• Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing employees
• Oversee both front and back house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, bussing staff
• Manage work schedules of the restaurant
• Maintain high-quality food standards
• Maintain inventory of the restaurant
• Oversee kitchen staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements

• Handle the cash while closing and prepare the restaurant for opening the next day
• Help the kitchen team to prepare food such as pizzas, salads, and pastas, if needed during busy hours
