Orion - Client Service Supervisor

The Client Service Supervisor is responsible for leading multiple client and agency relationships in support of the Head of Client Service. The Client Service Supervisor will work closely with client teams to create custom solutions that drive value for clients. This person is able to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and has a passion for client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist Head of Client Service as needed
• M aximizing the value clients receive from their existing marketing investment and identifying & presenting new revenue-driving opportunities
• Work with client teams to create potential client solutions that support client objectives and strategy
• Create presentations for both internal & external needs, participate in client & AOR presentations
• Manage and track various contract requirements for deal fulfillment
• Lead client media evaluations to understand potential client opportunities
• Create and issue value summary statements to clients
• Assist in the continual refinement of processes and workflow to improve overall efficiencies
• Manage third party vendor relationships and negotiation of Barter opportunities
• Liaise with relevant parties and general counsel on contract details and requests
• Manage execution and fulfillment of barter assets with clients and third party to ensure deal/contract requirements are met

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
• 3-4 years media investment or media planning experience
• Post-secondary education (or equivalent work experience), University graduate and/or advertising/marketing College degree preferred.
• History of developing and fostering strong business relationships (both internal & external) with a focus on client service
• Strong presentation skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving, supporting the team, self-development, etc,
