A diploma in Security Management, Criminology or related discipline would be an asset.

Reports regularly to the Operations Manager on matters of company or client interest or significant events.

Ensures clients and tenants of the client are aware of and satisfied with the services provided and offered by the company.

The successful applicant will be willing to join industry professional associations and have a desire to learn through professional certification processes.

Must have working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on building codes, security, and protection of privacy.

Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage people.

Maintenir des relations cordiales avec les clients et les producteurs

Effectuer la saisie des commandes en s’assurant d’avoir toutes les informations nécessaires aux mouvements et le transmettre au système information interne

S'adapter aux changements des demandes du client

Effectuer une planification optimale des mouvements de l’origine à la destination

Adapter sa planification pour tenir compte des imprévus s'étant présentés et prendre les arrangements nécessaires.

Travailler de concert avec les opérations

Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools

Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a plus

Stay updated on our offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Significant experience in a client service role

Experience troubleshooting hardware or software

Experience working in a call-center environment is an asset

Ability to manage conflicting, multiple and unpredictable demands and frequent interruptions
