Maintenir des relations cordiales avec les clients et les producteurs

Effectuer la saisie des commandes en s’assurant d’avoir toutes les informations nécessaires aux mouvements et le transmettre au système information interne

S'adapter aux changements des demandes du client

Effectuer une planification optimale des mouvements de l’origine à la destination

Adapter sa planification pour tenir compte des imprévus s'étant présentés et prendre les arrangements nécessaires.

Travailler de concert avec les opérations

Assurer le traitement efficace des commandes ainsi que répondre aux appels téléphoniques.

Tisser et entretenir des relations avec le client.

Réviser et appliquer les meilleures pratiques de travail.

Axer ses activités sur la vente et la promotion incitative de la glace sèche.

Participer à des séances de formation continue pour améliorer la connaissance des produits et les compétences.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire de territoire, superviseur et directeur d’usine.

Traiter les appels de service entrants en français et en anglais.

Comprendre et s'efforcer d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs fixés tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle.

Stimuler la satisfaction des clients par le biais de communications vocales, de clavardage et/ou de courriels.
