It's grow time and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to plant their roots with us as a Coordinator in our Operations Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of divisions, teams, and projects such as production, operations, manufacturing, health and safety and more! You will be a key member of our team and assist with achieving successful outcomes at our facilities by conducting research, improving processes, supporting production and more. We will invest in your development and provide you with the outlet needed to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical work setting and make an impact.

This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or current student looking to further their learnings and gain the practical work experience needed to succeed with temporary employment or a paid co-op placement. The opportunity can be available for an 8 – 12-month term, depending on the successful candidate’s preference, and will be onsite to maximize the learning and career experience at either our Bradford or Markham Facility. As the Operations Coordinator you will…

• Assist with continuous improvements of initiatives by collaborating with teams to map processes, identify gaps, utilize best practices, develop solutions, and improve the performance across the value chain and profitability of projects
• Discuss findings with floor team members to evaluate validity of research, corrective action(s) and potential root cause(s)
• Improve operational knowledge level of teams through simple lean / continuous improvement concepts
• Collaborate with various departments within our team to collect information, perform research, present findings, and build procedures to improve our processes and strategies for health and safety
• Provide full cycle administrative support including developing work instructions, preparing reports, supporting projects, executing action items from meetings, and preparing presentations related to health and safety
