Job Description
We are seeking motivated, talented individuals to join our organization as a sub-contract organizers. As an organizer with Zen Organize Me you will work with clients to create spaces and organizational systems that promote efficiency and give clients more time to enjoy their lives.
Our ideal candidate :
Has prior community organizing experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a self-motivating personality.
Is a solution-oriented individual with the ability to troubleshoot in the moment
Has integrity in their work; is able to stay focused and motivated until jobs are completed to satisfaction, and immediately finish tasks.
Has availability to work continuous 8hr when needed.
Should be comfortable working in a small business environment.
Can lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, use a step stool or small ladder. Organizing requires mental and physical stamina. Working in many different homes requires the ability to tolerate typical household odors that derive from pets, dust, smoke or fragrances. (We do not work with in excessively dirty or unsafe homes.)
Has a valid Ontario Driver's License + Reliable/accessible transportation.
