Training Coordinator (Canada Based)

Infopro Learning is seeking a Training Coordinator to support one of our top clients!

Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months + possible extension

Location: Seeking candidates residing in Ontario, Canada. Consultant may be required at the office location on occasion during the duration of the contract based on project needs.

Utilization: 37.5 hours per week

Start Date: Mid-August

We are seeking individuals with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for training. In this role, you will work closely with our client's team to support two training programs. If you excel in fast-paced environments, possess effective communication skills, and pay meticulous attention to detail, then we want to hear from you!

• Collaborate with the team to prepare meeting materials and workback plans, assisting in productive sessions.
• Track and analyze summer student statistics with meticulous attention to detail, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Respond promptly to session requests, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Efficiently schedule interviews and events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
• Manage the distribution of assessment codes and prepare session materials to facilitate smooth training delivery.
• Conduct surveys, compile results, and present them in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain effective communication channels and organize accessible resources to support seamless information flow.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for both students and managers, promptly addressing their requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate facilitators' schedules, ensuring efficient allocation and availability for training sessions.
