Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Indexer for our client, an information management company in Aurora, ON. In this role you will be responsible for entering client information into an internal system and separates into categories, as well as reorganizes documents. This is a clerical and data entry position and does require reliability clearance. This position is suited for permanent residence and Canadian citizenship status holders. • Pay rate: $16.00/hour
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time
• Location: Aurora, ON
• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm OR 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Memorize digitization rules and accurately and efficiently implement processes.
• Indexing documents and separate into various groupings.
• Data entry with high accuracy rates

Qualifications:

• The noise level in the work environment usually is quiet to moderate
• High attention to detail
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of Quality Control standards and procedures
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision and ability to adjust or focus on computer monitor
• Continually required to sit and utilize hand and finger dexterity (keyboarding)
• Ability to work independently and as a positive member of a team
• Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm or more with high accuracy in a demanding environment
• Ability to memorize and implement guide rules.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
