General Assistant- (Term-Time - Mon - Fri)

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to work at Aberdour School.

TERM TIME ONLY/MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 27.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Asked to maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant site.
• Responsible for some aspects of food service and preparation to customers
• Able to transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen store-rooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required
• Expected to complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided
• Responsible for washing up and disposal of waste.
• Required to clean, wash, dry and polish all kitchen equipment and service items by hand or machine in an efficient manner.
