The Successful Candidate Will Fulfill The Following Responsibilities

This teaching position is face-to-face instruction and requires the successful candidate to be on campus.

Be capable of teaching our other university transfer courses including 1st and 2nd-year courses.

Collaborate with project team to create and understand business requirements and align data analysis with organizational goals.

2+ years experience in data analytics, data science, data modelling, or data visualization.

Professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark) is a plus.

Experience with project based or agile teams is a plus.

Experience in Advice Centre and/or Financial Institutions

5+ years of Project Management experience in a dedicated capacity of Project Manager  

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification  

Change Management Certification would be considered an asset 

Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and key decision makers 

Reviewing the project schedule with senior management and key stakeholders, including team members; revising the schedule as required 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a relevant combination of work experience and education

Two to five years of comprehensive experience working in an accounting firm, the accounting sector or similar experience

One to two years’ audit experience with hands on experience with financial reporting and audit standards would be considered an asset

Direct experience in university administration, contract management, financial management, marketing or communications would be significant assets.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Minimum completion of two-year program resulting in certification, diploma or license.

Software proficiency: fluent in Excel. Knowledge/experience with M3/MT, Engie is a real asset.

Post-secondary education related to Agricultural Studies, Quality, or Lab Technology.

Experience in a feed manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.

Strong judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Prepare requisitions for samples sent to outside laboratories and ensure all proper documentation is included with the shipment.

Communicate any potential quality issues. Review supplier documentation compared to the TN specifications.

2 years' experience teaching the same or similar courses at another post-secondary institution;

Knowledge of course learning outcomes is an asset ;

Deliver sessions in a dynamic, effective and structured manner;

Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach;

Follow up each student and encourage success;

Be available to students to help them develop the competency targeted by the course;
