We're gearing up for the launch of our forthcoming Copilot4DevOps enhancement, bolstered by OpenAI's GPT-API, ready to disrupt the requirements management landscape. We're on the hunt for a passionate individual excited to empower our client’s project teams with AI and productivity tools that enhance their project management capabilities.
Our platform is designed to turbocharge project progression, foster collaboration, and provide real-time tracking for evolving requirements. With seamless integration with Azure DevOps, Server, and Service, we ensure teams can collaborate effectively within a single platform.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Formulate and execute dynamic sales strategies and plans to surpass sales targets.
•Generate 20-30 virtual customer meetings per month, utilizing leads provided by the marketing team, expanding existing relationships and
•Engage relevant stakeholders for online meetings and aid in constructing the foundation for a customer business case.
•Present and differentiate our product from competitors, emphasizing our unique and compelling value proposition.
•Spearhead sales for new products
•Forecast and meet substantial revenue targets, achieving assigned sales volume.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•Collaborate with global and local Marketing and Business Development teams to boost lead generation and brand awareness.
·Aid in channel planning processes and sales forecasting for assigned territories.
·Maintain accurate records of plans, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
·Embracing modern work trends, this role is primarily remote, empowering our team members to work in the environment they find most conducive to productivity.
Expectations/Skills/Behaviours
•Minimum five years of sales experience, with at least three years in a complex solution sales process
•Demonstrated success in driving revenue through discovery, prospecting, and new business generation.
•Proven experience in selling software to SMBs.
•Proficient with MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Previous work experience in the requirements management software market is a bonus but not essential.
•Self-starter and team player who knows how to leverage the strengths of others.
•Lifelong learner. Staying on top of current market and technology trends is important.
•The ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions (Open, Probe, Confirm) and use what you’ve learned to help craft valuable solutions for our clients.
