Working knowledge in a minimum of one of the following:

Experience with DOORS Next or Jama Connect is desirable

INCOSE ASEP certification is desirable

Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi- disciplined team

Experience of delivery within major infrastructure projects

Responsible for Design Process and Requirements Management (DPRM) activities that support:

Manages interface between systems, components, and project/product management organizations.

In-depth knowledge of BWR plant systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C design bases and interfacing design requirements.

Perform identification of verification and validation (V&V) requirements at the plant, system, and component level.

1 year experience in an engineering capacity

Experience with Nuclear Island, Turbine Island and BOP plant systems and with the associated safety analyses design bases.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in requirements management according to industry-standard best practices

Maintain procedures for requirements management to ensure a robust approach to requirements management within the project

Act as main point of contact for Requirements Management for the project

University or College degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Contribute to successful project delivery by capturing all client requirements, structuring them by function, deliverables, etc.and monitoring them daily

Engage with all workstreams to check, comply, and track compliance with all project requirements

Accountable for the development of the Requirements Management Approach and associated plans/processes

Accountable for management of the requirements baseline through the life of the project and the system, including change control

Responsible for capturing the client needs through the development of User, Stakeholder, Operational, System and Subsystem requirements.

Accountable for the capture of verification and validation information, ensuring progressive demonstration of requirements linked to tests and results

You have experience using system level simulation tools, such as MATLAB and experience using requirement management tools, such as DOORS.

You have experience with IBM DOORS/ELM or other requirement management tools.

Working closely with the Hardware and Mechanical engineering teams for the battery pack development requirements, tracking and management.

Working on ad hoc related tasks or projects provided by management.

Working with various cross-functional teams to develop requirements for new Battery System features, diagnostics, algorithms, etc.

Developing system level and sub-system level requirements and specification documents working with the optical, electrical and mechanical design teams.

•Previous work experience in the requirements management software market is a bonus but not essential.

•Minimum five years of sales experience, with at least three years in a complex solution sales process

•Proven experience in selling software to SMBs.

•Formulate and execute dynamic sales strategies and plans to surpass sales targets.

•Engage relevant stakeholders for online meetings and aid in constructing the foundation for a customer business case.

Minimum 4 years’ demonstrated experience in Rail & Transit Infrastructure requirements management

Familiarity with requirements management tools, data analysis, script writing etc.

Serve as key personnel in the requirement management and requirements database work and maintenance for area of responsibility for the project.

Understanding of requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS or Perforce Helix

Responsibility for Requirements Traceability Matrix using requirements tools such as Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements Systems New Generations (DOORS NG)

Coordinating with multiple disciplines, including rail systems, and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks

High School diploma/GED and frequently demonstrated experience in materials management or procurement in a manufacturing setting .

Analytical skills –   you’ll analyze and interpret short and long-term forecast requirements utilizing the production schedule.

Ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve and manage complex situations .

Excellent customer service/vendor relations skills

Experience with manufacturing scheduling and inventory location systems

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Education, or equivalent training and experience, in one of these industries: Benefits, Insurance, Finance or Pension Administration

Strong client relationship management skills required

Work experience in Benefits Administration organization is an asset

Participates in analysis discussions with internal, client and external vendor stakeholders to ensure the provision requirements match the technical specifications

Participates in creation and periodic review and update of department template requirement materials

Maintains requirements documents templates with new released functionalities

Experience developing and implementing effective requirements management plans, processes, and procedures

Experience in requirements development and management

Experience in applying various Requirements Management tools for the successful delivery of projects (e.g. DOORS)

Work with Systems Teams to explain requirements issues and come up with innovative solutions and fixes.

A minimum of 1+ years of related engineering experience

Demonstrated competency in Systems Engineering – EE Requirements, Communications Protocols

Experience within the area of Requirements Modeling and Model Based System Engineering

Work with Systems Teams to explain requirements issues and come up with innovative solutions and fixes.

A minimum of 1+ years of related engineering experience

Demonstrated competency in Systems Engineering – EE Requirements, Communications Protocols

5+ years of software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or related work experience

5+ years of experience as systems architect for automotive connectivity, telematics, multimedia, or infotainment systems

Precise working methodology with respect to traceability from requirements

Knowledge in structured software architecture, design and implementation

System requirement analysis with customers interaction

3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cybersecurity.

5-10 years of Requirements Management experience

Development and configuration management of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements

Experience with requirements engineering databases and scripting (such as DOORS)

Working with BMT’s engineering teams to support the delivery of requirements and Systems Engineering services

Supporting the Systems Engineering team with requirements engineering activities such as elicitation, definition, specification, analysis, verification, and validation

Delivery of Requirements to commercial and government customers.
