Requirements Manager (F/M/D)

• Residency in Canada
• Act as main point of contact for Requirements Management for the project
• University or College degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Facilitate requirements reviews, keep accurate notes, ensure requirements, and verify statements meet acceptable standards, support, and advance requirements of the requirements toolset across the Team.
• DOORS experience is preferred
• Monitor and report on requirements progress to stakeholders
• Fluency in French would be an advantage
• Railway experience is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in requirements management according to industry-standard best practices
• Maintain procedures for requirements management to ensure a robust approach to requirements management within the project
• Contribute to successful project delivery by capturing all client requirements, structuring them by function, deliverables, etc.and monitoring them daily
• Participate in team meetings and work with Subject Matter Experts to identify and further develop requirements
• Engage with all workstreams to check, comply, and track compliance with all project requirements
