This incumbent will have to communicate with all departments to ensure the efficient flow of inbound and outbound passengers.

• Responsible for managing the station’s manpower resources.
• Supervise planners, coordinators and trainers;
• Responsible for attendance policy, overtime allocation guidelines;
• Responsible for the management of qualifications and the required number;
• Responsible of the Operations team;
• Identify new business opportunities and service development.
• Responsible for schedule’s accuracy, medium and long term planning;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office and communication tools as per telephone and radio.
• Excellent aptitude for personnel management and communication skills
• Bilingualism (French, English)
• Experience in all aspects of duties normally assigned to all station employees.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the airline industry/operations.
• Relevant Supervisory experience
