Manager, Corporate Performance Jobs

We are currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Performance for our Crown Corporation client on a permanent basis.

Our client has a hybrid working model with 3 days on site for every 10 days worked.

In this role, Manager, Corporate Performance is responsible for providing strategic direction and planning to help the organization understand its progress and improve performance while overseeing a team of Evaluation Officers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on progress on corporate and strategic objectives and develop monitor frameworks
• Lead the development, oversight and implementation of corporate monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, which accompanies the organizations strategic plan
• Establish and manage the corporate performance budget
• Guide and advise on maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop and implement corporate operational dashboard
• Lead and implement Annual Corporate Priority setting and monitoring process
• Develop and implement a plan for program evaluation and strategic evaluation
• Mange a team of Evaluation Officers

Qualification and skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingualism in French (Advanced)
• Minimum 3-5 years in a management position
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Master's degree in social sciences, business, public policy, or related field
