Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Halifax, NS (remote)

**candidate should be willing to travel as and when required, preferred candidate should be in and around Halifax, NS Canada

Skill Description

Qualifications

• Agile Certified
• Graduation with PMP or equivalent

Requisite Experience

• Demonstrated experience in superior requirement analysis, sophisticated elaboration and documentation techniques
• End-to-end program management, stakeholder management, governance, tracking and driving large programs

Additional Experience

• Exposure to any digital banking platform (like MAMBU) & Cloud (AWS) implementation will be added advantage
• MUST HAVE - Build program plans, risk management and mitigation plans, trackers, dashboards and communications
• Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, interfacing with conflicting views/priorities and drive consensus

Other Skills

• Ability to travel for short term to client location
• Excellent communication and documentation

• Work with various stakeholders to identify functional and process requirements. Analyze, ask the right questions and elaborate requirements across various third party systems. These requirements will be captured and given to IT for implementation
• Detailed program tracking, governance, publishing dashboards and raising risks
• Drive requirements analysis and elaboration sessions with various stakeholders. Get into details of requirements, ask the right questions and suggest tradeoffs
• Drive program milestone sign offs and ensure alignment of small programs to overall objectives
• End to end co-ordination of program functions, program scope, deliverables and alignment
• Act as a mediator and bridge between IT and various third parties
• Present to the senior leadership, suggest alternatives with pros and cons and support with cost benefit analysis
• Interface closely with the core banking platform to identify how select process areas or sub processes can be digitized
• End to end program management of various initiatives within client area like data migration, digital banking implementation & support
