Summary
The Project Manager will work alongside IT security professionals to help manage customers, quality, budget, and efforts associated with projects related to all of our professional services. The candidate will mostly assist in delivering GoSecure’s services within the agreed upon duration, scope, and constraints while managing stakeholders’ expectations and objectives.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Execute and support deployments and best practices coaching for customers.
  • Liaise with account managers and accounting team to establish onboarding timeline and deliverables for new clients.
  • Advocate and monitor customer requests/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Ensure completeness in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage customers’ expectations and ensure customers’ satisfaction with GoSecure services.
  • Contribute constructive feedback to management team as part of the performance review process.
  • Execute and support deployments and best practices coaching for customers.
  • Provide post-sales customer service.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching for the Customer Success Team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the support SLA’s targets are being achieved and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities to improve metrics and team efficiency based on results of reporting and analytics.
  • Onboard new customers and help ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement a centralized system for onboarding documentation and processes.
  • Develop monthly reporting methods for any assigned client based on clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Execute daily customer support tasks including but not limited to deployments, health checks and reporting.
  • Plan and oversee projects throughout the entire lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, issues log and status reports.
Requirements And Experience
  • High interest in learning about cybersecurity topics, such as, ethical hacking, managed services, and security architecture.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of concepts and sensitivity to IS/IT security and network security software and appliances would be an asset.
  • Excellent analysis skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Energetic and positive with a “can do” attitude.
  • 2 years of professional experience in project management or in another relevant domain.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or University degree in Computer Science or related program.
  • Superior verbal and written communication in English and French are mandatory.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Le Gestionnaire de projet travaillera aux côtés des professionnels de la sécurité informatique pour aider à gérer les clients, la qualité, le budget et les efforts associés aux projets liés à l'ensemble de nos services professionnels. Le candidat aidera principalement à fournir les services de GoSecure dans la durée, la portée et les contraintes convenues tout en gérant les attentes et les objectifs des parties prenantes.
Fonctions et responsabilités
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre un système centralisé pour la documentation et les processus d'intégration.
  • Contrôler la productivité des employés et encadrer l'équipe chargée de la réussite des clients afin d'améliorer l'efficience et l'efficacité.
  • Veiller à ce que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais impartis et dans le respect du budget.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des indicateurs et de l'efficacité de l'équipe sur la base des résultats des rapports et des analyses.

Qualifications
  • 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet ou dans un autre domaine pertinent.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
  • Une excellente communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français est obligatoire.
  • Énergique et positif, avec une attitude positive.
  • Licence en administration des affaires (BBA) ou diplôme universitaire en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Une connaissance des concepts et une sensibilité à la sécurité informatique et aux logiciels et appareils de sécurité des réseaux seraient un atout.
  • Une maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) ou une certification de professionnel de la gestion de projet (PMP) serait un atout.
  • Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
