Manager, Accounting & Consolidations - Hybrid

About Our Client
The Company is a leading independent asset management firm over $150 billion in AUM.

• Managing monthly subsidiary reporting and analysis with divisional finance teams and other corporate departments
• Actively participating in the management of the ERP system (SAP) to identify process efficiencies and improvements
• Coaching and leading the team responsible for month-end close and quarterly/annual reporting in a multi-currency environment
• Acting as a point of contact with the external auditor
• Reviewing or preparing monthly/quarterly reconciliations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation and review of Consolidated Financial Statements and note disclosures for the consolidated entity
• Collaborating with Corporate Finance and subsidiary finance teams to implement process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Strong understanding and application of complex accounting and IFRS
• Public accounting experience is a strong asset
• CPA designated or close to completion
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial reporting and consolidation experience in a public company setting
