Consolidations Manager Jobs

Based on experience, plus Bonus 10% (Manager Level on the Market)

Greater Toronto Area ** HYBRID WORKING MODEL 3 Days in office rest work from home **

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (e.g. Business, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.)

•5-7 years relevant work experience

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills

Assist with other SOX Compliance responsibilities

Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressive work experience

Solid analytical abilities, combined with being detail-oriented

Superior interpersonal abilities including an ability to get along with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Supervision and management of the Analyst assigned to this role including daily activities, their development and end of year review

Ability to communicate with senior management and participate as a member of the team and support a positive work environment

Manage the reconciliation of Subsidiaries Investments and Share Capital includes: -

Manage the reconciliation of Subsidiary Retained Earnings includes: -

Manage the quarterly and annual reporting of Goodwill and other Intangible assets

Actively participating in the management of the ERP system (SAP) to identify process efficiencies and improvements

Managing monthly subsidiary reporting and analysis with divisional finance teams and other corporate departments

Collaborating with Corporate Finance and subsidiary finance teams to implement process improvement initiatives

Minimum 5 years of progressive financial reporting and consolidation experience in a public company setting

Public accounting experience is a strong asset
