- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to facilitate successful integration of acquired entities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investment banks, advisors, and potential partners.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential targets, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation.

- Evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conduct negotiations, and oversee contract negotiations and execution.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive business growth and complement the company's offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team and board of directors on industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential risks.
- Monitor competitors' activities, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and assess risks.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce industry dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
- 3-5 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce or technology company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- Background in mergers and acquisitions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. An MBA, a CFA or advanced degree is preferred.
