The opportunity


Managing enterprise-wide learning for all new and existing skills covered under the New Ways of Working pilar, i.e., Agile, Human Centered Design, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Customer Centricity and NPS, the Learning Manager for New Ways of Working partners with the Global centers of excellence to determine best in class learning solutions to build for a global workforce. The role manages the end-to-end execution and alignment of the curriculum to the overall organizational and learning strategy. You will be accountable for driving the continuous learning culture by ensuring the adoption and application of these skills at various proficiency levels and roles at an enterprise level. The upskilling of these skills is critical to meet our organization’s strategies and bold ambition and is also vital in cultivating an impactful culture. You will partner with the business, meet key metrics and KPIs, and provide thought leadership to ensure high adoption/application of the AIAA skills organizationally.


Responsibilities


  • Formulate and strategize the NWoW curriculum design across proficiency levels and related deployment in partnership with the COE leads to drive business growth, optimize efficiencies, future-proof the organization while managing all related administrative tasks.
  • Work with Learning Operations to ensure seamless deployment of the NWoW curriculum
  • Partner with other learning leads to ensure comprehensive learning curriculum to drive optimum employee experience
  • Partner with Segment HR Partners and key business leaders to ensure championship of the NWoW curriculum and deployment at each segment level
  • Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the COE leads
  • Meet learning related KPIs for NWoW training and ensure regular data centered reporting to executive sponsors and the Global Learning council.
  • Work with the COE Leads to ensure mapping of the curriculum at various proficiency levels and related curation in our Learning digital platform.
  • Ensure a robust communication plan to improve sign-ups and adoption of the various learning programs enabling a continuous learning culture
  • Lead the related learning budget for enterprise level skills training

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role is listed below.


Primary Location


Toronto, Ontario


Salary range is expected to be between


$82,500.00 CAD - $148,500.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
