Lead, Partner Marketing - Recipe for Success:
- Hybrid (offices in Toronto & Winnipeg) or Remote (anywhere in Canada).
- 3-5 years of marketing and/or agency experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic planning and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent relationship management as you will interact with various stakeholders internally and externally with our Partners.
- Cross-functional communications experience, working with: sales, insights, legal, finance, brand, creative, eCRM, media, and social teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once while maintaining focus and deliverables with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the 360-degree marketing mix and the digital landscape.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Grittiness and willingness to roll up your sleeves with a “get it done” attitude.
- Driven to tackle new opportunities and challenges, strive for results, with an appetite to learn and the self-motivation to continue to develop.
- Speaks French - with a strong understanding of the Quebec market & its restaurant industry is an asset.
- Data curiosity and experience with customer analytics tools [Tableau specific] is an asset.
- Curious, intuitive, autonomous & proactive, with a collaborative spirit.
