Job Description
The Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with businesses and organizations that are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. The Partnership Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Partnerships to identify potential partners, develop partnerships, and manage relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
RequirementsKey Duties And Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to partnerships
  • Provide input on partnership-related content for marketing and communications materials
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve the organization’s goals
  • Manage and track partnership activities, including reporting on partnership outcomes
  • Work closely with the program team to ensure that partnerships are integrated into program activities
  • Identify potential partners that are aligned with Grow Women Leaders’ mission and values
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to develop and implement partnership agreements
  • Attend events and conferences to represent Grow Women Leaders and build partnerships
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure that they are receiving the support they need
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership development or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
