We are currently recruiting Junior Instrumentation and Electrical Engineers and Technologists based in our Calgary or Edmonton, AB offices.

Position Summary
Successful candidates will participate in multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver project objectives for our clients. They will work under the supervision of senior technical staff to support the development of electrical, instrumentation, and controls deliverables.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Participate in panel inspection and testing.
- Participate in on-site information gathering, and construction and commissioning support.
- Prepare electrical, instrumentation, and controls designs/drawings.
- Read and interpret P&IDs for electrical and instrumentation design purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Registered as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or Technologist in Training (TT).
- In addition to the technical components of the role, the team member must demonstrate a questioning attitude, a desire to improve, accountability, and collaboration, including strong communication skills and the ability to build functional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel – travel to customer sites will be required.
- Co-op and Internship students will be considered.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Class 5 driver’s license.
- 0-4 years industry experience in engineering or with an end-user.
- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution with a focus on electrical, instrumentation, or automation.
Expected Start date:Summer or Fall 2023
Remote Work:Will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
