MB Country Living is excited to be growing our leadership team with the addition of aMarketing & E-Commerce Manager. You will lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of the marketing initiatives for the MB Country Living brand, with a focus on e-commerce. The successful candidate takes pride in the quality of their work, approaches tasking with urgent, yet positive energy, and shares our commitment to excellence in customer service and personal accountability.
This role will involve providing visionary leadership, managing a team, and driving the overall marketing and e-commerce strategy to achieve business objectives. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing digital marketing results, and overseeing all e-commerce functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager to develop and refine the brand strategy and messaging across digital platforms.
- Oversee all e-commerce functions, including research/design, website merchandising, web development, and analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the e-commerce space to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Stay current with digital marketing and e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement team to develop and execute sales and promotional activities for e-commerce channels.
- Oversee the management of the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience, accurate product information, and a seamless checkout process.
- Coordinate with internal Procurement & Category teams and technology partners to optimize e-commerce operations and drive online sales growth.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partners, and other key stakeholders, specifically related to e-commerce operations.
- Manage and support the Creative Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and mentorship in all aspects of marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Generate reports and provide strategic insights based on data analysis to identify trends, areas of improvement, and e-commerce opportunities.
- Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies based on demographics, behavior, or purchase history in the e-commerce space.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce, such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in relation to e-commerce operations.
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for the MB Country Living brand, integrating e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead event planning and execution, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful promotional activities both online and offline.
- Apply market knowledge to optimize digital marketing results, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
General Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and execution, with a specific focus on e-commerce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
