Junior Bookkeeper & Administrator Jobs

The Junior Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring data is posted accurately, consistently and sales tax rules are followed precisely. You will learn how to implement key accounting principles, become expert with QuickBooks Online and supporting applications. The Junior Bookkeeper will reconcile bank/credit card accounts, spot abnormalities and communicate with clients and team members. You will also be assigned ad-hoc bookkeeping duties and administrative work in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

We are looking for a bright, communicative "numbers person" who wants to be an integral part of a team focused on supporting the growth of small businesses. The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with QuickBooks Online. This person needs to be detail-oriented, analytical and confident as well as possess a good command of the English language. We are looking for applicants that are committed, focused, and organized. To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to multitask. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change rapidly.

This is a part-time Hybrid position with the possibility of leading to full-time. On designated days you will be expected to work in a shared office space in South Etobicoke. Alternate days you are required to work remotely from your home. A full-time position will be offered based on candidate's aptitude, availability, interest and client demand.
