HR Coordinator
Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking for a new opportunity and available immediately? Robert Half has the position for you! We are currently looking for motivated Human Resources Professionals for a reputable organization in Richmond. This position will be working 100% on-site and will be responsible for overseeing the benefits. Apply today to be considered!
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of various special HR related projects
  • Work with brokers and third-parties to manage all Group Benefit Plans for Canada
  • Employee onboarding to offboarding
  • RRSP
  • Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries for policies and benefits
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in HR specializing in Benefits
  • Prior experience managing employee Benefits in Canada
  • Post- Secondary Education in HR
  • Proficient with Ceridian (must have)
