Job Description

Our well-established client in Oakville has partnered with Kelly Services to recruit for an Office Administrator to join on a fulltime permanent basis. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. The position will require carrying out a series of administrative tasks including

processing invoices for accounts payable, providing various Excel reports, assisting with the maintenance of the filing system as well as some “front-of-house” and office manager type duties to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Answering the phones and directing calls
  • Executing on a range of administrative tasks in support of the office and the management team
  • Managing office maintenance including equipment, furniture, fixtures etc.
  • Perform basic accounting and reconciliation functions
  • Perform Data Entry tasks
  • Ad hoc duties as required


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of similar/relevant work experience
  • Resourceful, agile, and always ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Team spirit with a willingness to learn and help others
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technologically savvy and have advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency (especially with Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Double vaccination is required
