Finance Accounting Manager Jobs

Role & Responsibilities :

• Reconciliation of accounting entries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Working with company audit firms for tax filings in the US and Canada
• Maintaining and further developing internal controls
• Hands-on management of period-end closing for two entities (USA & Canada)and reporting to the corporate finance department
• Special projects and assignments as needed
• Plan, develop, and implement new financial working processes and procedures within the finance team
• Cash flow reporting to the corporate finance department
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Cooperate with team members and colleagues for organizational support while maintaining excellent work relations and a level of service
• Provide analytical analysis as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent project management & organization skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Experience workingin a high-growth company withina global team
• Excellent Excel skills and tech-savvy
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in corporate finance departments as an Accountant or other similar positions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solidexperience with accounting, control, reconciliations, period-end, and book-closing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-volume online transactional business
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks online
• Degree or formal education in Accounting or Finance
• Experience managing a small team
• Experience reporting to corporate headquarters
