General Statement of Duties:
·This position is responsible for overseeing all building-related activities and coordinating all relevant work activities at the Leduc facility (e.g. repairs for all equipment, certifications, etc.) while working in conjunction with the appropriate business groups at this location.
Supervision Received:
·Supervisor(s) as indicated in offer letter, reporting to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager and other executive management as directed, from time to time.

Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):
·Work closely with the drilling, well servicing and rentals groups to oversee all building-related activities at the Leduc facility;
·Effectively plan and coordinate the repair, tracking and monitoring of building equipment at the Leduc facility while working closely with each business group to minimize disruption to their operations;
·Plan, coordinate and maintain all relevant activities and documentation for building repairs, certifications, parts lists, service/work orders, and yard work that is conducted at the Leduc facility while working in conjunction with the appropriate business group;
·Manage and oversee all building-related activities such as office space allocation, parking allocation, waste disposal, building security, building maintenance, etc.
·Manage and allocate office space according to needs while working closely with the appropriate business groups;
·Effectively manage vendors for all building-related activities;
·Develop policies and procedures that support Total Energy’s business objectives
·Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures and ensure that the facility and all relevant building-related activities meets applicable regulations, safety, and security standards;
·Oversee and maintain waste management and disposal to adhere to all environmental laws and regulations and minimize risk to property and equipment.
·Provide reports and budget forecasting for all building-related activities, as needed;
·Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·A friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work with individuals, groups, and other organizations to carry out goals of the company;
·Ability to lead and influence others;
·Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
·Good organizational and time management skills;
·Able to carry on multiple tasks and be deadline driven;
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
·Must be able to perform well under stressful situations;
·MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Education and Experience:
·Extensive practical experience in building equipment servicing and repairs;
·Preferred skilled trade in Construction
·Knowledge and/or experience with drilling and service rigs considered an asset;
·Knowledge and/or experience with industrial equipment considered an asset;
·Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Manager or relevant position.
·Supervisory experience with varied trades and disciplines.
