Overview A Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of a facility, including its physical structure, equipment, and grounds. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, secure, and compliant with all applicable regulations. They also manage the facility’s budget, staff, and operations. Detailed Job Description A Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of a facility. This includes ensuring that the facility is safe, secure, and compliant with all applicable regulations. They are also responsible for managing the facility’s budget, staff, and operations. They must ensure that the facility is properly maintained and that all necessary repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely manner. They must also ensure that all necessary safety and security measures are in place. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in facility management
• Certification in facility management (e.g. CFM, FMP)
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
