Job Title: Facility Operator - Waste Disposal (Oil & Gas)

Reporting to: Facility Manager

Shift: 7-day rotation (1 week on / 1 week off)

Location: Ardmore, AB

Job Summary:

The Facility Operator is primarily responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the waste disposal facility in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. The role involves performing regular maintenance and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work environment. The Facility Operator will also be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Help develop and maintain customer relations at the facility level.
• Stay updated with current safety and regulatory documentation, including License, Approvals, and training records.
• Track and log all incoming and outgoing fluid in line with facility licenses and approvals.
• Understand, follow, and operate according to the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.
• Ensure the operation and maintenance of the facility according to SOPs and the maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
• Valid H2S Alive, WHMIS, T.D.G, and First Aid
• Must be Local to the area . No Camp Provided
