Job Description
A Technical Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key clients working closely with Sales Account Executives. End users of the Exensio® client software are typically Yield, Test, Product, Packaging and Assembly Engineers
  • Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manage all pre and post sales activities for strategic customers
  • Build and execute project plans for all of the above activities
  • Develop relationships with key customers at multiple levels, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
  • Drive presales activities including software demonstrations, analysis, ROI
  • Drive value with customers by helping them use Exensio® to identify and solve yield problems, analyze data
  • Drive regular business and technical reviews both internally and with customers
  • Support sales in expanding products sold and increasing business with existing strategic accounts as well as winning new business by taking initiative to drive change (improvements)
  • Develop case studies and custom training material based on customer data
  • Work closely with the post sales delivery& support teams during project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations, measure / monitor key account metrics, coordinate


Required Skills And Experience


  • Ability to listen and comprehend the customer’s needs by being an effective communicator
  • 7+ Years in Semiconductor Yield, Product, Test, Packaging or Assembly Engineering
  • Highly professional, self-motivated and self-managed individual
  • Solid background in the use of basic statistical methods (ANOVA, t-test, correlation, Cpk, etc)
  • Strong semiconductor Yield, Product, Test, Packaging or Assembly Engineering background
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • International travel required
  • Statistical analysis of semiconductor data using a Yield Management System (dataPOWER®, Exensio, Klarity-ACE, Yield Explorer, YDI Genesis, Data Conductor, etc.) or a Statistical software package (JMP, Splus, SAS, etc.)
  • BS in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, IE. MS Preferred
  • Experience working with / managing OSAT relationships


Job desirables


  • Previous experience in value based presales of technical software or cloud based software solutions
  • Experience implementing / overseeing online escape prevention strategies at Assembly & Test
  • Adaptive test experience strongly desired
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (Regression / modeling, DOE, data mining, etc.)
  • Experience with project planning software (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc)
  • Experience with Advantest tester platforms
  • Previous experience with PDF software such as Exensio®, dataPOWER®, or Maestria tools or Tibco Spotfire is highly desired
  • Familiarity with SEMI E142, E10 standards
  • Experience deploying / overseeing deployment of Enterprise wide monitoring and control software for Assembly & Test
  • System level test / traceability experience
  • Experience in more than one area of semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience with non-logic / CMOS device manufacturing
  • Experience with CRM software (salesforce, service cloud, etc)
  • Advanced packaging scheme experience (wafer level packaging, chiplets, etc.)
