A Technical Account Manager at NextHop
As a Technical Account Manager your primary responsibility is to keep an organization's customers happy.You will take the time to understand the customers and their businesses, what they do.How the customer uses our products and services for their business needs.You will be an expert in our products and service offerings.
Become a subject matter expert in everything NextHop.Become a subject matter expert in what in our client’s businesses.You will spend time meeting with our customers and completing technology and business reviews, working on an IT roadmap for each of our customers.
Daily, managing account questions, site concerns, communicating with the tech team on open issues and resolution plans.Utilizing technical knowledge to resolve escalated issues.
Support our sales efforts, with product demos, customer on-boarding, site assessments, writing assessment reports and making recommendations.
Review customer documentation.Keep customers informed of problems, resolutions, best practices – become a trusted advisor.
Influence and make improvements to the way we support our customers and make sure their experience is the best possible.Customer centric.
To succeed in the role, you bring:
·IT experience supporting customer environments.
·Formal training in IT Systems.
·Formal IT training in Networking, and client/server
·Experience troubleshooting networks, servers, applications.
·Ability to communicate effectively.
·Professional
·Customer centric
·Resourceful; ability to solve problems, work independently.
·Self-started, can manage tasks and a schedule, stay busy
·Professional, as representative of NextHop, always on-time
·Can work in a team and contribute
·Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Detail oriented with strong multitasking skills
·Attentive to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and react quickly to changing priorities.
·Must have a reliable vehicle.
·Must be able to travel and work at client offices in the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver areas.
·Can pass a police check.
