We’re also passionate about evolving, optimizing, and scaling our company through technology. As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Systems to join our team and drive the development and management of our Fullscript Enterprise Systems, including WMS and ERP. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

What you'll do

• Define processes and drive improvements for Master Data Management of our catalog to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist with management of Managed Service Provider(s) for various distribution locations to ensure seamless support for Fullscript Enterprise Systems
• Guide the development of a release management & software deployment process for WMS & ERP applications including the core phases of Source, Build, Test, & Deploy
• Optimize business processes through technology by identifying areas for automation and process improvements for ERP, WMS, and other core Enterprise applications
• Enhance the development of testing strategies for the WMS and Distribution teams to ensure system functionality and performance
• Oversee the IT Systems Support for systems integration work associated with WMS & ERP platform migrations
• Support M&A activity by identifying and integrating new systems into the Fullscript Enterprise environment
• Review ERP plans and coordinate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with WMS to ensure successful system integrations
• Ensure scalability of Enterprise applications to meet company growth trajectory
• Support planning, development, and management of Fullscript Enterprise Systems (WMS [Körber/Warehouse Advantage], ERP [Netsuite])
• Develop KPIs, service level objectives, and on-call support program to ensure system availability and performance

What you bring to the table

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of key KPIs and service level objectives
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems development and management
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting M&A activity is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems development and implementation
