Fullscript is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Catalog Manager to manage product information from over 300 suppliers. The Senior Data Steward will work closely with cross-functional teams across Fullscript to ensure that product information is accurate, complete, and consistent within our core systems.

What you'll do:

• Work with Technology leadership to establish a catalog data roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
• Define, implement, and maintain data policies, standards, and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Establish a roadmap of improvements for the optimization of supplier and product data into the Fullscript systems
• Plan and facilitate new data elements: manage intake and assess requests for new data attributes to drive Fullscript system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supplier, Data, Product, QA, and IT) to ensure a smooth flow of information from suppliers into our core Fullscript systems
• Continuously improve the quality of the end-to-end process, including data quality audits and process reviews

What you bring to the table:

• Familiarity with relevant technology and software platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data policy development, data quality management, and data process improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• At least 5 years of experience in data management or data governance
• Proficient in data modeling, data mapping, data warehousing, and data integration
