Parts Coordinator Jobs

Charger Logistics is looking for a Parts Coordinator who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers. We are looking for a candidate with Previous work experience and strong work ethics to join the company as a Parts Coordinator.

Job Duties

• Work closely with Mechanics and Service Coordinators to assign parts and keep track of all issued parts
• Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
• Pick up parts from dealerships as needed
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop
• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise
• Enter repair and maintenance work into the company’s database
• Other duties as assigned
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
• Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels

Requirements

• Valid G-class license with a clean driving record
• Heavy vehicle aftermarket and parts background
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Hard worker with a positive attitude
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends
• Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office
• Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator
• Knowledge of truck parts and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
