Counter Parts- Order Coordinator role
Our client in Ottawa has an opening for Counter person/Coordinator l to join their team on a full-time basis. They are a well-known rental company – with locations across Ottawa and Montreal ! This is a Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00PM (flexibility with shifts as long as 8.5 hours are completed) .

Responsibilities
What you will be doing as the Counter Part/Coordinator

• Preparing invoices to be submitted to the Accounting department to process
• Data entry & Order entry
• Inventory Control
• Processing the order in the company’s system
• Answering all phone calls and emails from interested buyers looking to make an order
• Interacting with other employees and assisting them with any administrative task as required

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual
• Comfortable to multi task – answer multiple phone calls, manager in person client requests, etc
• Attitude! Attitude! Attitude! If you are willing to learn and be part of a dynamic team environment, this can be a long-term opportunity for you!
• Organized and have extreme attention to detail
• Willingness to learn about the products and pitch in to help the team when tight deadlines arise
• Computer savvy – MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel
