Position Summary

To provide valued customer service to technicians by processing emergency parts orders, special orders and parts inventory updates on a national basis.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Confirm Supplier Price, Base Price and Availability
• Resolve Accounts Payable discrepancies with Parts managers
• Create purchase orders for emergency, special order and Branch Stock orders in JDE, and receive ship-direct inventory once confirmed
• Prepare suppliers invoices for accounting and code freight bills for branches
• Special projects as required
• Obtain delivery dates on backordered items and update system with back order dates
• Maintain core program weekly
• Validate parts purchase requests from branches, according to the national parts guidelines.
• Notify branches, customers or technicians on Order Status

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate a PC and input data.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
• Ability to work independently and also within a team.
• Previous experience working in a high volume warehouse environment.
