Counter Sales - Electrical Supplies

We are searching for Counter Sales Associate for the Hamilton Branch who will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers who visit the branch to place orders, and/or pickup their product requirements.

Our client is a Business-to-Business (B2B) distribution of electrical products. They are the products and services source for electrical professionals whether they are building, renovating or maintaining Canada’s homes, businesses, factories and infrastructure

✅ Key Areas of Responsibility

The part that you play in this organization, and specific duties you are measured against

• Physically locating/picking orders
• Filling orders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Assisting customers with identifying the specific product, suggesting alternatives, and/or up-selling of related product[s]
• Inside Sales, as time allows.
• Assisting the Shipping/Receiving Department with storing product/inventory
• Entering sales orders
• Informing customer of any product delays

✅ About you

All the things you’re good at because you’ve done most of these before

• Inventory software exposure preferred
• 1 to 3 year(s) of Electrical Distribution Counter experience a definite asset.
• High School Diploma required.
