Your New Job

  • Support the continuous improvement of the client-focused implementation process.
  • Perform software implementation tasks in small-scale through to large-scale projects in a timely and sustainable manner.
  • Leverage your asset management knowledge and information technology knowhow to support and guide end-users through software implementation process.
  • Work closely with the product development team to stay up to date on product features, changes, and issues. Bridge the gap between end-users and ensure Deighton software is customized and configured to meet end-user needs
  • Effectively communicate business and technical issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle product support requests and issues related to implementations from internal users and global clients.
  • Maintain integration guides, product deployment documentation, and implementation specific user guides.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Strong documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of database concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, Reporting experience.
  • Bridges, etc)
  • Science / Statistic related degree or specialization in technology
  • Must have the ability to travel between the US and Canada without any restrictions
  • Experience in any statistical tools (i.e. Python, R, MATLAB, etc)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in programming languages
  • Experience in GIS, SQL
  • Experience in infrastructure ass management (i.e. pavements, bridges, etc.)
  • Experience in a Project Coordinator role
  • Fluent in foreign languages (i.e. French, Spanish, German, Italian etc.)
