We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, including calculating and processing employee wages, taxes, deductions, and other related payments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all payroll deductions are properly applied.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, taxes, and other deductions.
- Assist in administration of employee benefits and pension and respond to benefit inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents.
- Audit payroll records for accuracy and completeness.
- Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
