- Build and execute our SEO strategy from both a content and technical perspective
- Build up a freelance bench of industry experts to execute top, middle, and bottom funnel content that drives qualified traffic
- Own organic growth end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for hitting targets around organic leads, MQLs, and SAOs
- Build out the content marketing function from 0-1
- Execute a series of whitepapers and other lead magnets to drive MQLs via organic content
- Partner with our Director of Demand Generation on conversion optimization across the website for a frictionless experience on funneling both subsets of customers through to conversion
- Relentlessly optimize. You’ll build an iterative testing machine to continually improve performance
- Completely own the notch.financial marketing website - especially the blog and other resources
- Has an Extreme Ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals, cut costs, and dive deep into campaign performance metrics
- We prefer 5+ years of experience in B2B Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation
- High bias to speed and execution. You’re willing to help out with projects outside your job description and can push things over the finish line quickly. We’re looking for someone ready to do what it takes to help the company hit its goals
- Passion for the hospitality space - you need to know how our customers think and operate to write compelling, authentic content. Restaurant or restaurant-adjacent experience is a plus
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality - not afraid to get your hands dirty and execute while you’re concurrently developing the strategy
- Proven SEO technical expertise. You can perform and/or execute an SEO audit and keep up with the evolving landscape to stay current and competitive
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills. You’ll be deploying massive budgets and managing several campaigns, each with lots of moving pieces, at once
- Strong, proven writing skills. You can write a blog post or whitepaper from scratch if needed. Although you will have access to a freelance budget, there are times when you may have to and want to write your own content
