Digital PR & Outreach Manager

NetraScale is entering a new and exciting phase, and currently recruiting a Digital PR & Outreach Manager with at least 3 years' professional experience in executing strategic public relations activities and communications programs in the tech space.

In the fast-changing digital innovation space where technology is reshaping entire sectors, disruption is rampant, and standing still is not an option, you will spend a few hours each week contributing to our strategic product roadmap, and work effectively both autonomously and alongside the software development, AI engineering/data science, marketing, and customer success, finance, and legal teams, and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment.
You will have experience or an interest in working effectively with senior leadership, investors and tech partners on PR strategy.

This is initially an equity only, 100% remote, role requiring circa 6-8 hours per week. We are currently in discussions with potential investors so now the ideal join our early startup journey.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital PR and outreach campaigns and content placements across various digital channels related to our niche SaaS platforms and consulting service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and partners to develop content that supports PR and outreach campaigns.
- Support our research-oriented leadership team by identifying opportunities for outreach and content placement across online publications, academia, business innovation, social media platforms, and other relevant digital channels.
- Monitor and report on the success of digital outreach campaigns, and provide insights to the digital platform delivery, marketing and customer success teams
- Own and self-manage the communications activities of a cutting-edge PR program across several platform and product lines.
- Develop content development activities, including press announcements, external blogs, and other social copy.
- Help develop and lead PR activities for various types of business partners for NetraScale, including managing approvals, and building joint communications plans.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in public relations and/or communications, in-house and/or public relations agency or freelance experience.
- Expert knowledge of the diverse media landscape and established relationships with top journalists and publications.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills, with close attention to detail; ability to collaborate with internal domain experts and partners to curate and drive media storylines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a 100% remote team environment; places high value on open communication, authenticity and transparency.
- Highly ambitious with a passion for helping our customers embrace next-generational technologies.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quick-turn work environment while demonstrating good judgment and professionalism under pressure.
- Able to leverage external research and knowledge to inform new and creative ideas for an effective PR program that builds client engagement and brand awareness for NetraScale assets.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or journalism.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
