Pr + Partnerships Coordinator Jobs

As the PR + Partnerships coordinator you will play a vital role in executing tasks to help with growth and driving forward the mission to replace toxic candles on the market, working directly alongside our founder.

Term: Full time, 5 days a week 9-5

Location: Remote. Must be Vancouver based to have bi-weekly in-person meetings

Start Date: Flexible, but ideally June 12-23 week

A day in the life looks like:

~ Managing influencer and media program: sourcing partnerships, managing gifting, and maintaining influencer + media relationships

~ Assisting with loyalty and affiliate programs: Maintaining and growing our customer loyalty and affiliate program, helping to strategize for growth and maintenance as needed

~ Copywriting for socials: assisting with writing copy for launches and collaborations that is aligned with brand voice for social media use

~ Assisting with Instagram: brainstorming monthly social content for Instagram use and writing copy. (teach me Tuesdays, feel good Fridays, muse Mondays etc)

~ Managing partnerships: finding like-minded brands for partnerships (giveaways, custom candle collaborations, subscription box partners, GWP etc)

~ Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions, and assist in other marketing-related projects that align with our brand voice

~ Analyze the effectiveness of marketing by measuring and evaluating key success metrics for Instagram.

~ Research and write blog posts for our Eco, Business, and Muse Series Blog

You are someone that has:

~ 1+ year of previous experience working in PR related role

~ Confident in copywriting and exceptional written communication skills

~ Loves wearing all the hats and owning tasks

~ Enjoys owning and managing multiple projects independently, with strong attention to detail

~ Collaborator who thrives on teamwork and maintains the “make it happen” spirit

~ Creative and self-motivated mindset

~ Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator etc)
