Overview The Manager of Events is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events, conferences, and other special occasions. The Manager of Events is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring that all events are successful and within budget. Detailed Job Description The Manager of Events is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events, conferences, and other special occasions. This includes researching and selecting venues, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders. The Manager of Events is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring that all events are successful and within budget. The Manager of Events must also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in event planning and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of event planning software
