Job Description
Attention Students! The Royal Ontario Museum has an incredible opportunity for you to work in one of Canada’s most renowned cultural heritage institutions! Our Procurement & Administration team is seeking a Contract Reporting Administrator. You’ll utilize your analytical and project management skills to help us manage our contracts, comply with policies and directives, and provide reporting to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sport.


Location: Toronto, ON, Canada


Contract: (May 10, 2023 - July 31, 2023)


The Contract Reporting Administrator is responsible for capturing data to ensure that contracts are managed efficiently, policies and directives are complied with, and reporting is provided to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sport. As a Contract Reporting Administrator, you'll be expected to:


  • Monitor compliance with ROM policies and Ministry Procurement Directive
  • Assist with data/document management activities as needed
  • Capture data to ensure contracts are managed efficiently


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:


  • Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in business administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must-have skill
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Experience with reviewing contracts would be considered an asset
