Contract Reporting Administrator Jobs

3-5 years experience in a similar role is required.

Demonstrated analytical strength and problem-solving skills are required, aptitude for numbers, as are good judgment and ability to work autonomously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Files and archives all contractual documentation through the contract management system.

Participate in policy and procedure reviews for Third Party Management.

Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.

Support sourcing managers with managing and administering contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.

Support sourcing managers with evaluating TPP performance within the category they oversee.

Assist with data/document management activities as needed

Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Capture data to ensure contracts are managed efficiently

Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in business administration, or a related field

Experience with reviewing contracts would be considered an asset

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
